ZANJ RADIO brought in 2021 with it’s annual end of year gathering called Green Fiya. The 2020 edition, called International Isolation, was a celebration of online radio and it’s ability to connect us in a year that has been difficult because of the Coronavirus.
Green Fiya 2020 : International Isolation, featured some of the station’s main residents as well as guest presenter DJ Stevey Steve. DJ Malkia brought in the new year from Nairobi Kenya, with a live broadcast of her new year’s eve party. Aviran Shefer, out of Israel, also contributed with two (2) hours of explosive sounds to also mark the coming of 2021.
