Woody is a DJ, musician and music producer who lives in the UK who has been quietly collecting sounds from around the world for decades, having been raised on a diet of World music and Reggae from an early age.
With family roots reaching back to Guyana, Portugal, South Africa and beyond, it’s no surprise that eclectic global sounds resonate with him.
Pushing the Psychotropical sound, a foot in the past and a foot in the now, Woody is constantly seeking out music where the traditional meets the future, where the organic meets the electronic, seeking to embrace that which is around the corner, that also sheds light on all our heritage
